Training
Our Julius Baer Graduate Programme lasts 12 months. Besides the practical work, it includes focused training sessions specific to Julius Baer, where you will learn more about our company's philosophy and the specialised knowledge of our banking business.
From the very start you will choose to work in a particular role, and will remain primarily active in this capacity throughout the programme. This will give you the opportunity to gain sound theoretical and practical specialist knowledge in the relevant position. Depending on your chosen role, there may be the opportunity to undertake placements in other departments or in our offices abroad within the bank.
Our aim is to ensure that your training puts you in an excellent position for your later career at Julius Baer.
